Denlaw is an association of 5 independent law firms that share offices and practise in areas of general commercial law. Our special competences are within company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, conveyancing, shipping, insurance and tort, international contracts, IP-law, technology, media, gaming and entertainment law,  debt collection as well as counselling and litigation for businesses and private individuals, nationally as well as internationally.

Denlaw was established in 1977 in Copenhagen and has in its lifetime represented a wide range of clients both from the business life as well as private individuals.
