DENLAW is an office partnership between independent lawfirms. The partnership was established in 1977 and since then has been domiciled at the address of Østergade 55, 1100 Copenhagen K.
DENLAW – in Danish: DENLAW Advokater – provides assistance in legal proceedings. We represent a wide range of specialties, which ensures that the clients’ cases will always receive consideration by a lawyer with special insights into the field in question. Thus, where a case involves several aspects, we can compose a team that captures the entire spectrum.
Our clients are small, medium-sized and large business enterprises. We also provide assistance to private individuals.
To ensure the maintenance of our high professional level, we pay great attention to supplementary education and sparring between the members of our law office.

In the field of business our counselling focuses in particular on insure law, real estate, the law of damages and the law of insurance, construction law, company law, mergers and acquisitions, succession, shipping and transport law, IP rights and international contracts.
Councelling of private clients has particular focus on sale and purchase of real estate, administration of the estates of deceased persons, inheritance and succession, last will and testament, marriage contracts, criminal law, employment law, the law of damages and the statutes governing the rights of tenants and landlords.

Through our cooperation with three international lawyer organizations, DENLAW offers international legal advice.
DENLAW Advokater cooperates with three international lawyer organizations, and thus offers international legal counselling. This implies ongoing dialogue with lawyers from the member offices in other countries, in the EU as well as outside, at both large conferences and small meetings.Thus we can ensure that where legal assistance is required abroad, the cases of our clients are managed by a competent colleague in the country in question, and that it is a colleague we already know.
The international cooperation takes place through the organizations of Cyrus Ross, Oresundsadvokater and Avrio.
