Martin Schmidt-Larsen has extensive experience in real estate. Martin is particularly concerned with all aspects of project development of real estate, including the purchase and sale of development properties, contract law issues and disputes, as well as the sale of project properties.<\/p>

In addition, Martin assists companies and individuals with the purchase and sale of real estate, the laws governing the rights of tenants and landlords, and contract law disputes.<\/p>

Martin also works with company law, where he assists Danish and foreign companies with start-up of companies, tax-free restructuring and preparation of owner agreements and commercial agreements.<\/p>

Finally, Martin works with bankruptcy law and with the preparation of wills.<\/p>
